Investigate all Corruption involving Alabama DHR!

What I have to say there isn’t enough space ! DHR in Coffee county needs to be stopped! Violated my under age son’s confidentiality by telling the (accused child molester ) where the foster parents were and no longer in my care! Also , never signed or seen an isp! We are no longer allowed to go out to foster family house! We have great relationship with them ! Dhr has to schedule all visits and they take place at the DHR office! My baby daddy who just came back into my boys life in December was not allowed to be a supervisor for my case due to his positive hair follicle test but passed a urine . He stopped using the moment I called him. There is so much more! This is just a few things. Please I hope this helps! What this agency is doing is not ok! They are not for bringing families together! My ex was able to get an ex parte with an open case of child molestations accusations for a child that did not belong to him but the first baby daddy! My ex with held information from judge and attorney and was able to be emergency order with false accusations that should have to be proved before any judge signs off with it! Got my daughter taken away and was in his full care by myself with open case!

My fiance's ex-wife had been falsely accusing our home of abusing their shared child for years before moving to Baldwin County. All the claims were unsubstantiated. Until we moved to the Silverhill Police District. My stepson has been threatening to take my life since he was seven, and can not be left alone with our other children because he harms them. My fiance was accused of "beating the child until he threw up, and then kept beating him". The first DHR worker who came to our home did her investigation and concluded that there was zero evidence that we did anything to the child. She was fired for "frightening a child". She told my stepson that false statements like he was making could end up with him going to jail. My stepson went and told his mother, and she got the DHR worker fired. No other investigator came out to question us, the other two children in the home reported that my stepson was the abuser. No police came to question him, but they did come and arrest him. He was charged with child abuse. My fiance was railroaded into taking a plea offer so that he didn't have anything criminal affecting his nursing license. DHR "indicated" him for child abuse on several appeals. Since all of that happened, my stepson has been arrested for hitting me in the face on one occasion. He has been in two different facilities and has admitted several times that he lied about his father "beating" him. His mother and stepfather have admitted that they know it is a lie too. He was overheard telling other children how to get their parents arrested if they didn't let them do what they wanted. He has been expelled from several schools, including the mental health day program for making fun of SA surviving children in group therapy. He has been an inpatient at two separate mental health facilities that say his actions are decision-based. He was arrested on the third day of school (two weeks after his most recent release from 10 months inside a mental health facilit

My children was took an dhr forced me to sign adoption papers four of my children was took from. Hospital with no say so from Blount county

Calhoun County stole my children and now 7 years later they want to terminate my parental rights and adopt him to a family he's been with for 1 year. They don't have a case it's all lies. They haven't made all reasonable attempts to give me my son back. In fact Missed an appointment with a therapist and they refuse to offer me any further assistance.

I too am going through this same exact thing as mentioned here. It has got to stop!!

WORST JUDGE/PERSON! CERTAINLY DOESN'T HAVE CHILDREN'S BEST INTEREST! SHE NEEDS TO BE REMOVED!!

I don't live in Baldwin county I live in Houston county. My husband is a disabled veteran and we have done everything DHR has asked us to do and they keep saying we can get overnight visits soon but they just keep adding stuff we need to complete. Not only that we have no family here so they put our kids with relatives that our almost 6 hours away. They said when they got out of school for the summer we could get them overnight but we found out they will not and they are starting school back up there. Which means we will never have them overnight because they are to far away. Also we get unsupervised visits every Saturday and we found out we are being followed and photographed without our knowledge. We were told to get in a opioid dependency program we did now they are saying they want us off the medication they have us on. It's been almost a year and still we have no hope of getting them back. Also they put embrace kids in our home once a week and almost always when they come in the kids will be returned within in 30-60 days. But they have replaced the dhr supervisor that was on our side and threatened embrace they will discontinue their services if they don't do what they want them to do. My husband was a combat veteran that did 18 months in Iraq and they don't care.

Something has to be done about the corruption with DHR. Families are being ripped apart and children are being damaged.

DHR in conecuh county took my kids out of school because the school called and told them that my husband and i was abusing out 2 daughters and its all been a complete lie and now the judy ordered us to pay $200 a month child support for both of our kids and DHR in conecuh county is taking out $440 a month against court orders of the judge

They are corrupt here in Marshall County too. We all need to band together and demand a full review of the entire Child Protection system of Alabama. There are criminals running the system at this point and it has to be exposed!

Right now I am fighting dhr also in Alabama because my half sister & her husband took my children. Under false alligations. Dhr isn't doing there job they took certain things out of the files that was proof that I never harm my children. And said I was abusing them. Long story Short they have taken my visitation away from me and my fiance. My half sister can't have kids because I don't live like they do I'm a bad parent.

First of all on August 3rd I had two strokes had to go to three different hospitals to get help ended up having brain surgery twice within 2 days well Princeton hospital decided to disclose my information and they told Cullman County DHR that I was in the medically induced coma and they took my kids but they took them on grounds that I had a heroin overdose that I did not have and we have proven everything in Black and White that they said they took the kids for and no attorney will take it in Cullman County we don't know what else to do it's been 4 months since I've seen my kids and now the woman that DHR placed them with has filed for custody of my 8 year old girl and 6 year boy. I have had to learn to walk talk and everything again because of the lack of care from Cullman regional medical center and the paramedic's and misdiagnosis. I have a 10-year-old boy a 8-year-old girl and a 6-year-old boy the 10-year-old is with his father who I get to see on a regular basis but the 8-year-old girl and the 6-year-old boy were placed with the step great grandmother that called dhr with false accusations and turned it in that I was giving a heroin hot shot and that I was in critical condition. I was in ICU because I had two severe strokes with multiple mini ones, was on a ventilator and was not expected to make it. Since then I have been to Lakeshore rehabilitation where I slowly started getting better and now I am at home with my parents and fiance. I attend physical therapy twice a week and ive been discharged from occupational therapy. Since being sent home I have taught myself to walk, talk, and write again. And I am being told that I cannot see my children my parents cannot see my children they have placed them with the step great-grandmother that probably didn't even know the kids' middle names when she got them and she was the one that called and made the accusations this is very unfair to my children and to me and my family. Now I'm being Told I have to leave my

I AM dealing with this nightmare right now. I am absolutely beside myself.
