They took my boys n wouldn’t give them back where can I get help this is unjust n not right… my boys was not neglected or abused… someone please help me to get help if you know anyone’s that can help I don’t have the means to pay a lawyer so I got screwed… I just want my boys back!!

I was in DCF custody when I was a teenager for like 4 to 5 years they did nothing but lie to me told me my mother did not want me come to find out they wouldn't let her have me and now they're doing the same thing to my grandson who's in their custody and I think that all DCF workers should wear a body cam just like cops have to.

Our daughter had a similar problem with Baldwin County DHR.
I would love to see something done to improve the process or the lack there of.

Cherokee County DHR has just done the same thing to me. I've been doing research and have found out a lot, such as, there is a term used in most if not all DHR/CPS/DCS agencies called "adoption Bounties". Interesting stuff though. Very corrupt department statewide

My children have been taken with no due process or investigation to see if there was any risk of danger to my children. I was forced into signing a safety plan with the threat of foster care and well after its 45-day expiration we still have no case worker nor do I have my children back.

Cullman County DHR is the most corrupt system of all! They care nothing about the best interest of a child and get paid money to remove kids from their homes! If they investigate, they will certainly find a corrupt system and foster parents that are sexually molesting and raping kids. Go to talk to the parents that has their kids taken, and their stories will all have at least one thing in common, DHR never mentioned a time frame or goals of REUNITING THEM BACK WITH THEIR KIDS! NOBODY IS SUPERVISING THE DRUG TEST THEY SUPPOSEDLY FAIL. That's just the beginning of the corrupt system at CULLMAN COUNTY DHR!!
