Investigate all Corruption involving Alabama DHR!

I currently going through a illegal juvenile case in which my rights are being violated and I wasn't even in the state nor was contacted when my daughter was taken

DHR hasn a 1.5 million dollar per child incentive to place our children in foster care.They have no intention to return our children!

Morgan county took my granddaughter on 2018 because my daughter didn't answer their phone call (she was in courtroom at the time and was unable to). We haven't been able to see, hear or talk to her since (the family has blocked us and keeps us blocked). Something NEEDS to be done!!!

Definitely investigate the DHR for corruption and fix the flaws for the sake of the best interest of children.

Having fought and won against dhr I understand all to well the the corruption, lies, and vindictiveness of Alabama dhr and corrupt judges. If you think this is not a numbers game played for federal dollars, think again. Very soon my collection of recordings of all my dhr encounters will be made available. Even though my family won the damage done by dhr is still being fixed. Stop state sponsored kidnapping!

We are fighting dhr now for my kids I have not faild any drug test through them and they still will not give me my kids back keep telling me I have to go to a in house rehab bcs Dr Carney recommended that even tho I have passed all my drug test I need help with getting my kids back from dhr they placed them with my sister and my sister will not let me see then and I have not seen or talk to my kids in 3 months they will not talk to me and don't wanna see me bcs my sister is filling thre heads with lies and telling them I'm on drugs dhr is dirty they did me wrong plz help me.get my kids back

Hello, I am Nicole and I run an organization called "We The People For The People". For the last 5 years we have been working with people throughout the state to expose massive amounts of abuse within the CPS/DHR agency in Alabama. What was uncovered was more than ever expected. For this reason I am asking people to come together to help me expose all of the corruption. If Alabama CPS/DHR has disrupted your family in any way, remember you are not alone & there is power in numbers.I understand that not all parents are truthful, clean, or deserving & some children do indeed need these services, but what happens when this agency abuses their powers? What about when they assume abuse yet they have no evidence nor do they have any idea what it takes to care for your child/handicapped child daily? Or worst what happens when Cps/DHR sexually extorts the parents and the children in order to "make it all go away?" These questions are just a few of the family cases I have seen and stories of families I have spoken with. They lives are forever changed, all because of no checks and balances and abuse of power with in a government agency, in an already corrupt city. Me and my wife have had the same thing more or less happen to us in Calhoun county and judge wright is the same way

dhr has removed all 4 of my kids and they made up countless reasons for why they took my kids, they took my oldest 3 yrs ago when she 6 months old straight out of the er at 4:30am and refused to give me a reason she's now 3 yrs old, her and her 3 siblings don't know who we are especially their two younger siblings, 3 of my kids were taken out of the hospital when they were born. We've asked them for a reason why they're taking our kids and terminating our rights all we got was because, me being a first time parent as a mother i don't deserve my kids and multiple other reasons. They've said we're unfit but won't give us an actual reason why our kids are being taken, we just want our babies back where they belong, we plan to continue to fight for them and file a lawsuit against dhr and appealing the tpr

I am dealing with some of the same things in calhoun county alabama. Even with legal proof and documents showing nena poe at calhoun county dhr has lied and entered false information to the court. My attorney says it's still going to be hard because who they are. So I'm told pretty much because they are dhr it's okay to lie to a court and take children. I don't understand why??? I've done nothing wrong. No allegations of abuse neglect I've passed and done everything they have asked of me and still it doesn't matter and this corrupt dhr devil is allowed to lie and nothing be done. She came in my home violated my rights made up lies to cover what she had done now 7000 dollars and months without seeing kids I'm told they can lie.

I am involved with AL DHR. So is my husband STEVEN GROVE. they have done illegal things so far. I'm tired of it. Who's in charge of this petition because I have ideas. Email me please
