Creche workers ,need to be paid more , the courses they have to pay for to work in a creche and their pay is minimal its ridiculous, and the government needs to put a stop to the rise in insurance premiums.

Disgrace that insurance is forcing creches to close down.... these are vital services and we need more not less of these services.. ..

Good childcare is the backbone of every working family in this country. We place our trust in them every day to love our kids, educate them and make it easier for us to go out to work. The government have a responsibility to support them fairly.

So important. We are lucky to have such a fabulous system and dedicated carers. They deserve better pay.

It's about time the government looked after people working in this sector. They are highly educated and extremely underpaid. They are educating young minds, it's not an easy job to do and the lack of funding and high insurance is a disgrace.

Everyone who provides our children with an education, be it early, primary or post-primary deserves to be valued and attributed more respect by the government of this country!

It's a disgrace how crèche owners are being treated, this insurance pricing farce is just being over looked.

Our kids need the creches and preschools at an affordable price, my child with asd would be lost without it and it's great for social communication ,interaction, all kids and families need this at affordable childcare
