I would be completely lost without the services our creche provides for our daughter... Hopefully people's opinions, needs and wants will be listened to!

Our sector is BROKEN because the government has paid nothing but lip service to us who work the sector. It’s time to listen. It’s time to change and make us all proud of our wonderful sector. It’s time to stop the negativity that has dominated the media with regards our sector which stems from two sources 1 our regulatory body allowing the lines of Hyde& Seek happen, whilst treating those of us trying to achieve quality in our settings to draconian over zealous inspections, which are morale busting and nothing but negative. It’s time to invest in our sector but not in further agencies DIRECTKY to the families who have the joy of paying the highest fees in Europe and DIRECTLY to the providers who need to pay the amazing staff a living wage at its very least, who need help with cost of providing quality childcare It’s time to stop expecting us to subsidise your childcare schemes. It’s time to pay for the administration of YIUR government schemes. It’s time to reduce the inspection regime and streamline it to one agency. We are all tired of carrying the load of your ill thought out policy on childcare. It’s time to actually listen to those of us who ACTUALLY work on the ground and maybe just maybe we will all achieve the one thing we have in common our desire to have the best childcare system in the world

We are educating people to a high standard only for them to leave the country due to unfair pay

As an early years educator, I want to be treated as the highly qualified professional that I am. I want be treated with respect and I want to be consulted about the future of early years education.
