The silence from the administration is honestly becoming a bit loud but that just means the pressure needs to stay high because we all know the hospital is just not the same without a proper space for everyone to actually connect. I keep seeing your comments and honestly the shared frustration is keeping me going even when it feels like we are just shouting into a void about something that should have been obvious from the start.

I am honestly a bit overwhelmed seeing how many people are finally talking about this place and the reality of our hospital environment. It really feels like the energy is shifting now and that gives me so much hope because the isolation of the current setup is just not sustainable for anyone.

Les conditions actuelles sont vraiment pas gérables. Il faut penser à la qualité de vie des internes pour qu'ils puissent travailler correctement.
Honteux de négliger les internes comme ça ici. On attend des actes concrets merci.

C'est indispensable pour la cohésion des internes. On ne peut pas laisser les médecins dans cette situation dégradée à St-Pierre. Il faut une vraie solution rapidement.
