a percentage of income dues structure seems aboyt 150% more fair to me..all puns intended - the most important factor being the floor (or lowest rate) and the ceiling (the highest rate) -

In my opinion, the heyday of Hollywood as the center of film making has past and will most likely never return to it's full glory. I think the ‘percentage-dues’ system is a good way for Local 800 to help it’s membership meet the current challenges and those that lie ahead.
