11% of Norwegians living here don't have voting rights. Now we need 5000 signatures from individuals with voting rights in order to register a party that demands voting rights for the 11%. Some of us voted September 11 without the legal right to vote (67 to be exact) because the law says that you can not prevent someone from participating. The rules also say that you can candidate to parlament without being a citizen, so the rules are all confused anyways, but none of that will matter very soon, because by the next election, citizens and non citizens will have the same rights, and all we need to start is a signature from you the citizen. This does not mean you join our party or vote for us, it's simple means that you want the vote from the 11% to be counted.

The 11% are going to change the outcome of the next election.
