Installation of Metal Detectors at Belleville Township High School District 201

My child attends school in Belleville. I 100 percent support this!!

Guns should be banned

Stop the violence Spread the peace

This needs to be done NOW!!!!!

I have a niece there and one coming, please install the detectors! There is too much freedom for these kids who decide they want to go to war with unarmed kids.

Keep our kids safe

Let's keep the kids safe.

This is a great start to protecting the children.

Both Belleville High-schools should have metal detectors. They have absolutely no security and there have been multiple times when guns have been brought onto the premises. Is it going to take a school shooting or someone getting hurt before more security measures are put in place? I hope not! Put some in the middle schools as well! Do Better Belleville School Districts! Keep our children safe!

Banning guns is cheaper than medal detectors and It shouldn't have to come to this, but I will sign and protest to protect these children since the government won't

Gun violence is pee pee poo poo free Palestine

Metal detectors help keep kids and staff safe. Unfortunately, things like what happened happens, but we can go to measures to keep everyone safe. The safety of the students and staff should be put first and metal detectors while provide an extra layer of protection.

Please implement this at other schools as well. stop all school shootings.

I believe there should be metal detectors in place to help ensure parents their kids are protected.

I have a granddaughter who is a freshman. I want her and all the other students to be safe. Let’s do this now before something does happen the next time someone does this. Unfortunately this is the world we live in now . Let’s be proactive!

A former student of both East & West High in Belleville (maiden name Wright). This is the first necessary step towards protecting innocent staff members and children.

This is needed for safety of our kids!

It would make the kids feel more safe, one of my friends are really worried

Needed desperately

I appreciate this petition and the acknowledgement of out safety.
