filing a lawsuit would work better, does anyone know where I can find info I need. Federal offenses would be Unfair Deceptive Practices violations of the FTC. I know how to do this type of suit very well. I would file a class action.

My family has been loyal Chevy customers since the 60's... yes 1960. This is pathetic customer service and I am appalled that you think that just stripping the key from the existing fob and giving it back to me with a individual key as well is acceptable? currently I am driving a near 50k car and it makes me sick.

Devise a push button start system for manual transmission vehicles.

I agree, push start button, fix it right or don't fix it
