This is needed to protect everyone coming in and out of the communities. The cycle track crossing isn’t sufficient as to get to the crossing from Layan children have to enter the road because there is a high ridge so if they are on bikes they have to enter the main road and then get on to the bike track. There is also no safe crossing in sustainable to get on to the bike track either.

There should be a pedestrian crossing as well as a cycle crossing with speed bumps on both sides to ensure that the cars actually slow down

The cycle paths out of Layan into sustainable city and surrounding areas is not sufficient, in fact more in the line of deadly, there is no safe passage for any pedestrians be it walking or cycling and the matter needs fixing.

Please assist us in providing a safe and convenient passage to school for our kids, many kids are crossing between traffic daily, kids as young as 5 years old that are riding their bikes to school. It is so dangerous

The whole path/ sand area/ road crossing are completely unacceptable and absolute mess. The length of time this has been left in this state putting people (LARGELY CHILDREN) at risk every day is shameful.

Please build a pedestrian crossing on Al Waha Street where we can safely cross over into Sustainable City.

It is extremely concerning to see young children, often on their own, walking and riding bicycles to school with no safe pedestrian crossing for them to safely cross the intersection. Cars push passed and rush around the queue of people going into and out of Sustainable City, this is of serious concern as the children are not always visible. Please take this seriously and put the safety of our Children first.

Requesting RTA to install a safe pedestrian crossing on Al Waha Street between Layan Community and The Sustainable City. The current crossing is in the wrong place for people who need to reach TSC. THe pedestrian path coming from Layan communnity does not have a safe crossing installed and simply ends in the street. This is a serious health and safety concern, especially for children accessing the schools in TSC.
