2nd tragic death at this black spot , to late for these poor people now, but i ask myself how many does it take for Oldham Council to act, one to to much but now this, just not acceptable am afraid . get it sorted and asap please ,

They need to put a pelican cossing here,it is just to dangerous. Thoughts are with the family at this time, such a sad thing to happen just before xmas.
