Install a Pelican Crossing on Milnrow Road Shaw, in place of the Zebra Crossing

save our children,and the elderly by doing this :)

Not one sign to warn of crossing or x roads. I walked from the traffic light junction at St Pauls Church this morning the only sign is a no right turn back onto Milnrow road and that is ignored

Another life taken. Something urgently needs to be done on this stretch if road.

How many more accidents will it take to get the crossing changed? A very sad day

This needs a pelican crossing ASAP. It's so sad.

ive worked in shaw and that crossing is a death trap

get a pelican crossing put in quick before more lives are lost

Someone shouldn't have to die before essental road safety improvements are installed.Whoever turned down previous attempts has this child's death on their conscience.

Something needs to be done, there are so many near misses as well as the actual accidents that have happened.

This is a terrible tragedy and something needs to be done

they should remove all zebra crossings and replace them with pelican crossing much more safer

This needs to be sorted ASAP before we have another accident, its inresponsible for this to still not be sorted after the last person died.

Tragic, this could have been prevented if a different crossing was in place!

also need enforcement cameras at these sites far too many motorists ignore zebra and pelican crossings.
