This is not the first accident to happen I have a 8 year old son and the thought of what's happened to them poor girls makes me want to cry. This is made worse knowing it could have been prevented years ago.

Oldham Council should have made this crossing safer a long time ago, it was inevitable another tragic accident was to happen.

How can you even think twice about putting a proper crossing here this is a joke!! How many more lives have to be lost before you do something about it

This should've been done years ago. It's taken a little girl's death for people to actually get on board. Crazy. It'll happen again too if it's not sorted.

I cross the Zebera crossing nearly everyday and cars go rushing through without stopping. It is time something was done before another life is taken.

The railings that the council installed at that junction only serve to obscure pedestrians even further from that busy junction.A Pelican crossing would,at least control the traffic whilst they all try to barge and push infront of each other.

it shouldn't take another tragedy to make these changes. two deaths in one year is unacceptable
