Install a Pelican Crossing on Milnrow Road Shaw, in place of the Zebra Crossing

RIP sweet heart ( this is a very bad crossing it's on a slight bend it's a blind spot how many more life's is it going to take for God Sake Oldham council get something done now before other lives are lost surely a life is more important than spending tax payers money on ur flowers for bloom in Oldham you can replace flowers but you can't replace a life so come on get this crossing changed to a pelican
