The tight fisted attitue of Oldham council in NOT INSTALLING a pelican crossing has cost this young girl her life. There has been countless requests after the previous fatality WHEN WILL THEY LISTEN TO THE PUBLIC THAT PUT THEM IN OFFICE ?

Whoever is responsible for road safety in Oldham should hand their head. The people have known for decades it is dangerous. Neglectful at very best. Practicallty manslaughter

I have thought for a long while that this should be a pelican crossing it is such a bad junction anyway having the normal crossing is just too dangerous as has been proved in such tragic accidents.

this is horrendous an old couple have been knocked down here also.....A petion for pelican crossing ? common sence should prevail and it should be installed immediatley and A road hump should be installed on the corner and before the crossing ...this should never have happened
