No logic to why Year 13 students get only the 10 percent off. Firstly there should have just been a blanket on the concession being offered for the entire school. Secondly if not, students from the graduating class should have been offered more rather than less of a discount. Considering these students are done with the academic year so much in advance. They have barely any work and have been short changed with no formal graduation ceremony or any such other events that they were looking forward to. Parents have been shortchanged in this too. A humble request to rethink what has been offered. Simply not fair.

The huge fees are for the facilities & services that we should get from school. In the current circumstances that is not there. The proposed 20% discount suggested is NOT fair by any standard. Even you have put restrictions on the 20% Most of people will only get 10%. Y13 students are literally not doing anything these days as there are no exams. Why the huge fees? Even the way the discount is put (20% of term 3) you have divided the year to 3 terms in terms of fees so the discount is less!!

Serious re consideration of school fees must be conducted to bring DIA tutions inline with global averages and catering to local economic changes.
School fees are the largest single burden on parents and have contiuned to go up for past several years when there has been a slowdown in every other part of the local economy.

We have paid for School feed but would Wish to get our money back because it’s obvious that our kids aren’t getting full of the school day during online learning

I believe this is a reasonable proposal considering that usage of school facilities is reduced to zero in the second semester and the service provided by the school is obviously very different and cannot be compared to normal periods.

We have been severely affected by Covid 19 as both my husband and I work in the events industry. All events was cancelled from March which has impacted our income. Additionally we have had to invest in laptops, printers and other essentials to provide home school to our two children.

Hello, as a parent of 2 children going to DIA, and being a self employed businessman, this has been an incredibly rough financial and emotional crisis, and I request DIA management to help reduce the already high financial and mental stress we are experiencing. Stay Safe & Well.
