This is a difficult time for all. How companies to the challenge react will be remembered by consumers for a long time so hope Innoventures will take a long term look at this and provide relief in these times.

We would like the school to understand the hardships as parents we are going through and help us with a little monetary leeway. Up until now besides passing question to KHDA and or bring up up teachers salary they have not done much. It a hard time for us all and instead of lowering their profits marginally they keep throwing their overheads and teachers salary at us everytime anyone asks for a discount in these though times. It is very sad to see such an inhuman side to this organization.

A profit based school that is not able to deliver the same service as before has no reason to charge as usual. Especially when parents are in a difficult situation due to the lack of service. Teachers are great and we want them to receive full salary and stay with the school.

It doesn’t make any sense people are loosing their jobs and the school is not offering any discount! And parents are doing at least 50% of what is being done!!

These are wise words. @Innoventures, please be reasonable. Our salaries are cut. It is as simple as that. “We acknowledge that the current situation does not allow us to deliver the same provision as usual and therefore we need to provide some sort of relief to parents who are paying full term three fees this year,” read a letter sent to parents signed by Repton chief executive Nitin Kripalani

During these difficult times, we all need to stand together. A percentage of discount to ease the burden off the families goes a long way. And we will never forget !

I personally appreciate the efforts taken by the teachers, principal & school committee in trying they best to maintain a cordial reading & learning process but at the same time the school financial committee must understand the grave situation all of us are going through & pass on the reduced cost of operation where the dewa bill/the maintenance etc shall be on a reduced scale.I hope the school committee acts fast on this solution as other schools have started to show they commitment & togetherness to the parents & children.ALso hope the standard of education continues the way as it is because less than that shall be too bad.Let us be Clear that the compromisse has to be on financial aspect & not on social & educational aspect.

We appreciate the e-learning but we can all agree that it is unfair for us to pay full fees for term 3 when we cannot use any school facilities and when we have to seat and play the teacher with our kids.

We have supported DIA for the past decade with two children and it’s only fair for Innoventures Education to reciprocate, what we are requesting is not unreasonable given the circumstances. Many schools have already processed the refunds, DIA should follow suit and do the needful without further delay.

The reduction in school fees to be in line with what other schools have already confirmed
Fair reduction should be 50% of the term fee
Request you to reduce the fees
Term 3 fees should be reduced same as in the other Dubai schools.
