Up until recently there has only been ONE board member - a second member has joined however there are 3 vacant seats. Please consider joining the board so that decisions are made in the best interests of ALL residents and not just one individual. I am completely against this policy. I would imagine this will only bring legal action in the future. This is an extremely poor decision on behalf of the HOA and the members that agreed to this. I personally have counsel that go after this kind of stuff.

This parking policy is crap. I didn’t buy my home to be told I can’t have visitors park nearby. How dare they say my mother would have to park far if she visits my daughter more than once or twice a week!!

There are so many small rules to remember that I fear I'll be towed even when I park legally.
