Dear Sony, I am speaking on behalf of Playstation 3 owners, We would like you to include "in-game" access to the XMB in your next firmware update as this would allow us to do so much more with our systems and overall improve on playing online. Here is just one example (out of numerous) of what we could do. Say I'm playing a game and I see a friend comes online. I would have to save and quit my game if I wanted to chat or send a message to him. It would be far better if you could just suspend the game and go back to the XMB, then carry on the game when you've finished. Please listen to us Yours sincerely
