Apart from the serious flooding, the village is currently overwhelmed with motor vehicles and would simply not be able to accommodate a minimum of 1000 extra vehicles. New residents are unlikely to want to walk to the shops but may be forced to due to lack of parking. Also, please carry out a survey of the traffic on the bypass - it will increase significantly with many drivers opting to pass through Coventry Road and the centre of the village rather than queuing at the traffic lights and cross roads by The Bull

This cannot continue. Our village need solutions to the flood issues, and more houses/vehicles will not improve issues.

It is absolutely vital for the sake of our community and to prevent further flooding that already devastates the homes near to this proposal that this does not happen. Please

I’ve lived in jubilee road most of my life and it has always flooded at the bottom of jubilee. Frolesworth road is getting worse and more houses will only make it even worse. Plus traffic it bad enough now.

Deal with known flooding problems before creating new housingdevelopments

Flooding is an issue now, not a possibility. Infrastructure regarding dealing with water must come first before building.

This road floods every time there is heavy rain. More housing is not the answer and only adds to already to a big problem!

Think about what you are planning to do with additional housing / increase in road traffic to an area that all ready is flooding and can not cooe

We live on Willowbrook close and are very concerned about the risk of flooding in our close and the area as a whole. Every year it gets worse and more housing will place additional strain on the drainage system.

It’s an unsuitable site particularly given the regular flooding. Broughton now feels overdeveloped and under resourced.
