As sponsor of 2,500 ATMs in 40 states - with many users in gateway cities, offering DCC on Visa cards would be beneficial to those international visitors, who, in turn, use this cash here in the U.S.

Visa needs to make DCC available in the US as a service to all consumers in the US utilizing ATMs.
