Visa is the most widely used card, it would only make sense to enable this feature.

I would like to have the choice when I am travelling to the US, to accept my ATM withdrawal in Euro's and have the rate set on that day.

I want to have a choice of the currency to make a transaction. Mastercard does allows for this already.

If Master Card can do it Visa can defintly do it. This will actually help the international customers get access to cash in USA

VISA -- DO THE RIGHT THING AND LET US ACCEPT THE DCC ON OUR ATMS. WE HAVE BEEN SUPPORTING YOUR INDUSTRY FOR 21 LOYAL YEARS. DESPITE ALL THE REGULATORY ISSUES VISA MAY FACE, WE ARE ON THE STREETS WORKING DAY TO DAY AND THE ADDITIONAL REVENUE STREAMS WOULD HELP US PROVIDE A LONG LASTING LOYAL SERVICE FOR ANOTHER 21 YEARS.
