Fuel prices its $1,50 per litre so compared to our fares per kilometer its making us to face challenges. Secondly in zimbabwe we dnt have coins like if a passanger requast a ride for $1.50 ther z No 50cents in Zim

emphasis on the recommended fare, its harder to judge some distances as most areas in Zimbabwe dont appear correctly on gps and giving passengers the ability to lower the recommended fare drastically negatively affects us as drivers to a significant extent.

Consider reviewing the charges per km and also fact in charges on exceeding waiting time.

You're earning commission for nothing. People cancel rides and nothing is done. Your fares are too low

The roads are poor, fuel very expensive, vehicle maintenance very expensive, radio licence, vehicle insurance and vehicle licence also unbearable in fact prove to be most high in the rigion.

My thought is We have different companies like yours that are trying to penetrate into the market.so if you raise you fares now.. the majority of people in Zim.dont earn much,,so you fares will make driver shift from you which will create a great start for your compatitor ... Gain the ground 1st for great future market share

A review of fares is overdue, once this is done all drivers will provide a professional service to riders.

We need to have a mutually beneficial arrangement. Cars need to be serviced and there is need for progession in the driver's life
