Please increase price oer km, it started as 99cents per km now its less than 50cents.
You are making nice to passengers and putting drivers out of business, we are the door to which your revenue comes in.
There are no passengers without drivers

Please increase the prize per km, its now less than 50cents.
While you allow customers to negotiate, they over negotiate and you do not control their threshold well which you think is giving you a competitive advantage over your rivals but you are forcing us drivers to find other platforms to make a living.
We enjoyed using indrive but you are destroying it in Zimbabwe

We, the undersigned drivers of Zimbabwe using the inDrive application, hereby petition for a comprehensive review and adjustment of the minimum fares currently in place on your platform. The current fare structure fails to adequately account for the numerous challenges we face in Zimbabwe and threatens the sustainability of our livelihoods. We urge inDrive to consider the following factors when determining a fair and balanced minimum fare:
Road Conditions: The poor state of many roads in Zimbabwe leads to increased wear and tear on our vehicles, resulting in higher maintenance costs and shorter vehicle lifespans. The minimum fares should reflect these additional expenses.
Fuel Charges: The volatility of fuel prices in our country significantly impacts our operating costs. The minimum fares should be flexible enough to accommodate these fluctuations, ensuring that we can continue to provide our services without operating at a loss.
Vehicle Licensing and Insurance: The costs associated with maintaining proper licensing and insurance for our vehicles are substantial. These recurring expenses must be factored into the minimum fare calculation to ensure we can operate legally and safely.
Economic Conditions: The current economic climate in Zimbabwe, characterized by inflation and currency instability, affects our ability to maintain our vehicles and support our families. The minimum fares should be regularly reviewed and adjusted to reflect the changing economic realities we face.
Balance Between Affordability and Sustainability: While we understand inDrive's commitment to providing affordable transportation for passengers, the current minimum fares prioritize passenger affordability at the expense of driver sustainability. We propose a more balanced approach that ensures both passengers' needs and drivers' livelihoods are considered.
Regular Review Mechanism: We request the establishment of a regular review mechanism that allows for tim

After hours rides charges should be revised the city and nightspots are the only busy zones at night you travel 20km and you won't find a a ride back making you only travel for fuel
App should be favourable to both drivers and riders a client make you wait for 30 minutes and won't get charged. Traffic is hectic during pick hours and the charge remains the same a review of the Zimbabwean app parameters should be reviewed we are not 1st class nation
