I hated crossing that intersection 30 years ago, I found it hard to believe there's still not justification for a stoplight, or at the very least a 4-Way stop.

I think that theres need to be a stop light at 52 and 47 before someone else lose a live or they lose a family member all so please and thank you very much all so

INDOT says they are conserned for the safety of drivers but it seems they are more conserned about keeping the detour from being slowed down and know dang well the lower 45mph limit is not working. A stop light has been needed at this intersection for years

This needs to be put in. A girl in my band just lost her mother because she died in a fatal car accident at this intersection. So many other accidents and destbs have occurred because of this. It needs to be changed!

Please see this through. With a small child, I can't imagine her growing up without her mother or father, family member or friend as a result of this intersection. It needs it badly.

There are many accidents even before the detour - this intersection needs a stop light or 4 way stop!

Please hear the begging and pleading of this community for a stop light at intersection 52 and 47. There has been a need for this for many of years, but as time goes on, it becomes more dangerous. If you're not willing to do it for the community, please do it for the safety of our first responders. For the mothers and fathers to lessen their worry. Do it for the grandfathers and grandmothers that long for more memories. Do it for the brothers and the sisters to have more time with their best friends. Do it for the right reasons. Do it for someone that may have touched your life.
The right time for you, INDOT, to place a stop light at this in intersection was before someone lost their life.

It never has been safe! You take your life in your hands if you are on 47 going either direction. Just put a stoplight up already!
