I used drive through there going up to school. And even then it was hard to get across.

INDOT has done an unacceptable level of preplanning and execution when it comes to detours and rerouting traffic on planned and unplanned projects. INDOTs response to concerns, expressed at all levels unacceptable. We need new leadership.
