This intersection has needed stop light for yrs it's long overdue. How many accidents have to happen before this is done?

U can't turn a highway into an interstate while fixing the interstate and not put stop lights in. There is to many cross roads on 52 to not have a stop light at this intersection. How many ppl have to die b4 the DOT acts.

I have crossed this intersection almost everyday for 5 years & every single time I do it frightens me. Traffic on 52 Flys & no one seems to understand how the intersection works. I've seen numerous accidents at this intersection when it wasn't being used as a detour & now it's worse! I've always thought there should be a light there, & never understood why there isn't one.

It's a very dangerous intersection, a death trap with all of this detouring going on.

The turn lanes make the intersection more dangerous then it used to be. The north bound traffic has their view blocked when semis line up to turn.

This intersection is extremely dangerous long before the detour of 65 traffic. I know many people who have wrecked here, and some who have died and I've seen so many close calls the 30+ years I've been driving through it. There is no reason good enough not to make this intersection safer with a stop light. No more lives need to be lost.

This was needed before the I-65 detour. Reduced speed limit signs are not enough.

My family has been affected by an accident AT this intersection! We have said for years there needs to be a stoplight there!

As a police officer I have responded to too many accidents that cause loss of life and/or traumatic, life altering incidents at this intersection. I don't know the numbers, nor the budget for for resolving this, but wouldn't it be worth it to save the lives of a teenager, or a small child or elderly driver? The ball is in your court. Save some lives!
