Cannot believe one wasn’t considered for the size of this shopping centre. The outdoor one is so popular for toddlers it should have been made bigger too.

Yes especially when the breeze are coming in, needs more indie facility nd with health and safety issues, spaces just for kids, not people walking
around it....

I would shop at chermside more often if they had a play area for little ones instead of other shopping centres that have these facilities

I agree with the petition and would like to add that although the current outdoor area is great it is exceptionally hot in summer (little shade and the grass gets very hot) and there is no coffee shops or similar close by where Mother’s can sit and watch their kids play. With the loss of scuzi cafe, the only cafe big enough for groups of mothers to sit together, there will be even less incentive for parents and mothers to visit the centre.

I agree of having an indoor play area as the outdoor tends to be very crowded and packed with older kids . Younger babies are more suitable to crawl or climb on a more safe environment just like the Minipilly at Indooroopilly mall. If the mall has to attract more mothers to shop during the weekdays then they need to have the right facilities in place
