As a recovering drug addict i couldnt agree with this petition more. Coming from noblesville wheres drug addiction has taken the lives of friends who never fot the help they needed i believe this petition could start indiana in the right direction with no doubt in my mind

HOH. Jail does nothing for addicts but get them more connects & teaches them more ways to do dangerous activities.
