Dear S&P
We are fastest growing economy at 8.2% GDP growth , with lowest debt to GDP ratio ,high savings , no history of default , have done tax reforms, ( GST), banking system is getting cleaned up and have shown fiscal prudence .. we deserve to have better rating.
