there is a need to have board that will be concerned about physiotherapists concern,proffessional growth and broadening the scope of physiotherapists to encompass pharmacological theurapeutics and diagnostics is a positive innovation that needs to be considered in depth.This will improve on quality of care and accessibility of care.this will improve health care and help reduce on waiting time and expense.recognition of further training also enhences on quality of care however necessary legislation enforced by a specific physiotherapy board should be put in place.as we base our model on patient centered approach this should be about patient benefit and not any other objective.
