Protecting the health and safety of young children requires adequate adult supervision, responsive caregiver-child interactions, and cognitively stimulating environments with adequate room to explore.

Increasing ratios and group sizes while decreasing square footage will expose children to higher risks of communicable diseases, stress, peer aggression, caregiver negativity, and maltreatment. Protect our children by voting "No" to the proposal to increase ratios and group sizes, and decrease square footage.
