It took me 50 mins to get to the general hospital for physio and dr apptment that has to be on time hes a busy surgeon. It used to take me 15 mins before the chsnges. I alsp had to quit a job i had on the west end as it took over 2 hrs for me to get there doing fundraising for cheo its only in westend. This was the first job I found im over 2 years! For people who cannot speak french the westend is thr only place with english jobs! I COULD DRIVE TO ROCKLAND QUICKER THAN GLING FROM LEES STATION TP THR GENERAL HOSPITAL. Also my other physio was out of riverside hospital there were zero buses before 1000 am weekdays so my therapist to to rebook her whole schexule as 75% of the peiple coming comr by bus. Its closed on weekrnds. Does octranspo realize this is affecting thousands of people not just thousands who live near lees station. And why are we not compendated for all this mess especially if we are low income and do not own a damn car or have someone available to drive us!!! Then if we do go somewhere we cannot return anywhere close to here; we have to go 3 stations down to get back home!!

It is now a walk to work program OCTranspo set up since it takes longer to get to work than to walk to work now. It also means I don't buy a bus pass or pay much to OCtranspo any more since I am now walking. The city had better keep the sidewalks clear in the winter.

As a student, it's kind of pointless to pay for a U-Pass if there's a significant decrease in service - dealing with hordes of students trying to get into the bus all at once.. The mornings were already chaotic before, have they learned nothing of this? It almost forces us to walk to Ottawa U, if we want to make it to school on time. Unacceptable.

i choose to live in a way that is sustainable. this includes not owning a car and utilizing public transit. i chose my living arrangements to allow myself to have access to central public transit. i now find that my ability to efficiently use public transit has been compromised. i understand and fully support the building of new rail lines. however, don't reduce the public transit service for the years that the construction is taking place.

To get from Lees to Kanata is going to be almost impossible. This has not been a fair solution to those who have to travel across the city to the West-End.

Too many students wait in the station in classes hours, and just suddenly reduced to only 2 buses in 2 stations serve students from lees to campus!!!

The fact that this is a student dense area whose means of travel are almost solely on buses, you remove almost all quick and reliable transportation options off of Lees, it's ridiculous. The rail won't be done until 2018 there needs to be more service in the mean time.

It was already hard enough trying to catch a bus on my way back from classes in lees.

Je suis obligé de faire 15 minutes de bus alors qu'avant je faisais que 2 minutes. En tant qu'étudiant cette situation devient très difficile à vivre.

No need to say how this is stupid and useless...Apart from the idiotic itinerary and schedule, what kind of renovations are they planning to make when winter comes? They are not even finishing Hurdman and the other sections of the light rail. Just unnecessary.

this stupid thing is insanity. it can not even satisfy the regular demand in the weekdays morning. But now, with only two buses, it is impossible that students and downtown workers can go to school or work as they used to.

There are too few buses that take students to the uOttawa campus with the new bus routes.

Basically Sunday schedule for downtown all the time for a major station serving 5 apartment buildings, two housing coop, and more than a dozen smaller buildings and a high residential area.

Lees is one of the major student housing locations for university of Ottawa students. Without access to cars as many of us are students and don't have them, we rely on these busses that you have just decided to stop.

900000 is the whole population or Ottawa? It would be aburd to say that sending more buses our way would be inconvenient for that many people.
