Why do out of state nurses earn almost twice as much as in state nurse. In state nurses are just as valuable as the others or even more so because they live with us.

The nurses literally are the people who save us in times of crisis. I want them well taken care and that they are not stressed about money. If they are underpaid, they will never be able to perform their best, because they are worried about their finances

I work as a peds nurse in Seattle Washington so I know what it’s like to work as nurse and the need to increase wages for all the hard work nurses do and deserve recognition for!
