The price is too steap. Its a good move but consider appropriate market rate. A normal hourly rate woud be between R280-R350 as the rate is structured ata grade 1 or entry level pharmacist

The rate is too low for specialists of medicine which are pharmacists so it is a must that locum rate be increased to R500 and above along with experience.
