As it is know that pharmacists are also the most important personnel in provision and regulation of medicines for the health of the community, and there is already shortage of some in a lot of health sectors, it would make sense to consider topping up the income rates as they have been steady for a long time so far. This is just to also encourage more pharmacists to go into community sectors than private pharmaceutical companies.
