Please increase our AISH, my needs aren't getting met, my illnesses are getting worse because I can't afford extra dietary needs. Trips out of town to see doctors, I am usually broke a couple days after getting paid.

my husband is on aish and it is impossible to pay everything to what he needs his aish for like bills groceries , meds , its not easy living on 1588 a month aish people should make more a month because they have to make their money stretch each month also with rent and insurance and payments its not easy to be them

Why won't they raise the AISH amount when it's needed like maybe almost 2 yrs. ago now, and now people are going hungry, and things are at their worst!!! Oh perhaps a political play, maybe, eh?!!!

I agree 1588 is not enough and only being able to make 800 on top of that only puts it up to 2388.00 a month unacceptable in this day and age. Treat all Canadians equally there is such a divide in incomes and the NDP are totally clueless in what they are doing. They're not helping Alberta they are tarnishing it's memory. So sad to see the politicians in power nowadays make me sick and want to vomit all over there caucus. Justin Trudeau you treat immigrants like royalty why don't you treat Canadians born and raised here with the same respect. And Rachel Notlety you make me sick I won't beg for an increase if I have too I will earn my way to middle class without your government's help. Undermining the youth with your sneaky tax tactics isn't fooling anyone missy. You just signed your termination papers this upcoming election I'm voting conservative. Screw NDP dumb as planks all of you. Probably wouldn't know what a door was if it hit you. I have no sympathy for people putting out a tax on carbon and calling it an environment fee.

The price of every thing else goes up so it makes it harder to make ends meet. With bills an rent an food prices going up to.So Aish needs to increase our checks. Darrel John Neilson

I run out of money by the 2nd day of the month and have to survive a full month until the next pay. It's ridiculous. I don't drive. I share rent. It's impossible to live. We are punished for having disabilities

Please increase!!!! We're living below poverty level and I have special dietary needs that are covered but it isn't enough to make it count.

A friend that my friend knows came to our country as a refugee and the feds pay them $3,500 per month for 6 months. That is waaaaay more than I get in one year. And yes, I know that one is the provincial government and one is the federal government. Regardless, I do not eat well despite the teeny weeny extra money I'm allowed as a diabetic. I eat minimally because I can't afford to eat nutritiously.

I just underwent an impromptu move and now I am in debt worse than ever cos i had to beg & borrow form everyone I know just to cover all the added and unexpected costs & fees. This is not right.

3 adult children with Autism + single Parent + having to pay for trips into town = NSF to keep these adults in supportive living = over $30,000 month burden on taxpayers. Increase to AISH a no brainer. Give AISH recipients respect "It is not their fault"!
