It's time for a raise

Been on aish since 1999 and we need a change

A raise is long overdue.The government is ignoring these people.

Please help us to live with pride and dignity! We are good people, we need help to stay warm and safe!! Please increase AISH!!! Give us a hand up!!

Minimum wage is increasing we need to see one too

i also believe that benefit should be increased up to at least 1800 to 2000 the cost of living is a bit much..

We are starving on this joke of a 1588/mo

My aish does not afford me a good quality of life there have been numerous times where I have had to visit food banks and other facilities just to make it through the month

Increase Our AISH! It's hard having no job and Living off of $1588.00 a month, Here is my example My Rent is $750 a month and in a couple of years I will have to move out with Rent being $1000.00 0r more a month plus the damage deposit and pet fee because I have a cat and not going to give her up since I rescued her! My phone bill is about $70-$90 a month, my master Card bill is $300 a month, my Bus Pass is $35 a month, Food and Extas $450 a month now with the tax on! Plus I still need to pay for Vet Bills for my pet, Message therapy, Chiropractor and Physiotherapy Therapy For my back plus Medicines for my Back since I was in a horse accident!

I have AISH and having to pay 900 to Support workers in Supported Living environment where i learn nothing at all is horrible. I agree we need a raise on the amount of money AISH gives us.

yes, please help people not able to work and support themselves.

This can't keep going on because this amount of money is not even fair. They up minimum wage yet they won't look at those at a disadvantage to help us as the cost of living keeps going up. There are going to be families and single ppl living in the streets if they don't do something to help this program. I know we get additional benefits, but it is hard to fight to get them and the amount of money we have to pay to get their stupid forms completed is crazy now. I am suffering every single day in pain from my condition I shouldn't have to worry about where I am going to be living next month. Enough is enough

I'm supporting 2 people and 2 pets with mortgage over priced utilities car insurance and usually have less than 100..00 to by food for 1 month ....there is no such things as activities anymore....I couldn't afford a 1 dollar entry fee
