Increase capacity on the 170 Bus

Please increase capacity!

This morning the bus had to pass 3 stops as it was already full. Please increase rush hour capacity!

Too infrequent and packed at peak times

we really need a bigger bus and new one. This 170 is too small for all of us !

A wonderful route but irregular service and often too full to accept passengers

The service is terrible. Not nearly regular enough and needs a better bus. Many mornings it’s too packed to get on. It’s so packed I often feel unwell and barely ever get a seat. Please give us a proper service - it’s getting worse by the day due to all the new build flats in the area causing even more people to use this route.

This is an excellent bus route, but is increasingly overcrowded

There are many more people living along the 170 bus route and the number of busses haven't increased sufficiently. The bus is always crowded in the morning!

The service is dreadful, totally unreliable from Victoria to Roehampton. Waiting times, buses breaking down, something needs to be done.

I’m old and I need priority seating. The bus is always packed when going pass and where I live the 170 is the only bus service. I always have to wait a long time before I can get on to grab a seat and even then it’s still full or 80% full

Absolutely dreadful the service. It serves important routes and as is the only bus service in certain areas. A popular route that is always late and will use an excuse to terminate early or perform a poor service. Needs longer buses!

This is a vital bus route for a great number of elderly who live in the Westbridge, York & Batersea Church Roads area, there are no other buses we near more.

Vital bus route in an area without a tube station and an ever growing population due to development along the route

Please may we have a more frequent service on this very useful bus route.
