EVERY surrounding state includes school supplies! Common sense says that a tax free weekend the WEEK before school starts, should include school supplies! Mississippi always at the bottom!
It’s crazy to have tax free for school but can’t buy school supplies. All the county schools have to supply our own.

Mississippi tax free weekend should include school supplies like other states offer.
We can keep spending our money in TN if MS lawmakers aren’t bright enough to make it happen here.
You should include school supplies. That is the biggest purchases of the beginning school yea.
Even my 10 year old knows it makes sense to have free tax school supplies!!!

Our students need as much help with supplies and tax free will help. Our state does not pay our teachers enough for them to supply the students with enough supplies so the parents have to buy the supplies.
