Rabbi Dweck's did a great job in assembling various sources, and presenting the subject properly. He should be praised for his brave act. If orthodox rabbinate wishes to remain relevant it should listen to other voices, not silence them. Hazak u-Varukh. YBN

Bullying rabbis who have divergent opinions is not Torah-observant Judaism, just read the Gemara. Perpetuating bigotry and exclusion of people in same-gender relationships from the Jewish community makes all of the rabbis involved seem increasingly irrelevant and out of touch with Klal Yisrael. Keep doing what you're doing, Rabbi Dweck. The haters will hate. Hashem will be their judge.

I don't know Rabbi Dwek personally, but I am an orthodox Jew who also thinks that we should acknowledge and love every member of our community whatever the love life may look like. I find it brave and necessary that some orthodox rabbi is ready to address the topic.
