JK Rowling has done little more than insist that biological sex is real and significant to billions of women. As a trans person I agree with her. If the existence & rights of females is a problem for you, guess what...you’re a misogynist. I stand with JKRowling.

I stand with JK Rowling and thank her for her courage in speaking out against the intolerance and authoritarianism of trans activists and the pathetic governments and corporations who allow themselves to be bullied into complicity in erasing women's spaces, women's sports, women's experience and even the very language of womanhood. Shame on you all!

I was already grateful to JK Rowling for writing the Harry Potter books which got me reading again in my old age. I am even more grateful to her now, for speaking out for women's rights and helping to bring a great injustice to so many people's attention.

I stand in solidarity with JK Rowling and all those who speak out against the erasure of womanhood from our civic and medical discourse. Misogyny is endemic in our society. We cannot fight it if we cannot define the sex class which it harms.
