A development of this type would be a poor fit and detrimental to our neighborhood. Land owner and City could make better use of this property that would improve the quality of life for our community. Only have one chance to get it right. An In-person Capp Meeting is warranted.
Easier to know that are questions and concerns are being heard when they have to look us in the eye.
Please please no more apartments around here! It’s nice and quiet with the houses. We don’t need a bunch more traffic on these streets!
The last thing this area needs is more "luxury" apartments. I think it's time Seminole County thinks of a new motto, because "Florida's Natural Choice" seems to have run its course.

We deserve to voice our concerns in person and not on line. This will have a major impact on our neighborhood.
