Please please no more apartments around here! It’s nice and quiet with the houses. We don’t need a bunch more traffic on these streets!

The last thing this area needs is more "luxury" apartments. I think it's time Seminole County thinks of a new motto, because "Florida's Natural Choice" seems to have run its course.

A development of this type would be a poor fit and detrimental to our neighborhood. Land owner and City could make better use of this property that would improve the quality of life for our community. Only have one chance to get it right. An In-person Capp Meeting is warranted.

The excessive traffic through our neighborhood already Plus the addition of the apartment complex will only compound the traffic in our neighborhood. Maine Ave along with several other streets are a posted 20 MPH Using our neighborhood as a Cutthrough along with the traffic from the apartment complex and the potential shops that they’re planning will only generate Additional problems. Our Incompetent police department cannot handle or support The traffic issues within this residential subdivision that will be backed up to the apartment complex and the potential shopping center. I stress that this is a residential subdivision. Take the apartments out of the city limits.

What benefit does this have to our city versus the impact of traffic, crossing the train tracks during peak times, pedestrian safety, emergency response times and future land use? No more multi family development in 32750!

I totally disagree with the construction of this new apartment complex building. Longwood needs recreational areas, not being more crowded in that specific area .

Way too many new apartments going up in the Longwood area. Just one completed on Wildmere and now I understand the horrible trailer park where East Street meets Wildmere is going to be cleared out and instead of putting anything there that would help the community...even another apartment complex!!! Please STOP!

That area in Longwood is crowded enough. What about the homeowners there??? This area is as crowded as Orlando now. Not the nice mellow town it used to be

We are simply rushing to action. Instead of building apartments, we should focus on core infrastructure such as more dining options, shopping, parks, and playgrounds.

NO MORE APARTMENTS !! Longwood needs to figure out how to move the increasing traffic and what they are going to do about overcrowding in our schools. Enough is enough. They are ruining Longwood.
