unnecessary, Harper. There are people in this country that could better benefit from the money thrown at a giant statue on a national park.

You're all a bunch of crybabies. You probably all think your own mothers are ugly! Canada. Go cry into your pillows or do something positive. Waaaaaaaah!

It doesn't belong in this beautiful, natural part of our world

How can Mr. Harper allow the serenity and the beauty of Green Cove by appropriating Canadian land in a National Park and give it to an individual ? It is close to unlawful and show his complete disrespect for the Environment

The proposed statue is out of keeping with the surroundings and it's ugly. Please do NOT erect this monstrosity!

“The national parks of Canada are hereby dedicated to the people of Canada for their benefit, education and enjoyment, subject to this Act and the regulations, and the parks shall be maintained and made use of so as to leave them unimpaired for the enjoyment of future generations." Canada National Parks Act 4. (1) Save Green cove. I say no to the ridiculous state proposed for Green Cove.

It can never be a national monument without consulting the nation. It is one man's idea and has no place in a national park.

This does not belong in a National Park or on Canadian Soil.
