seriously, where is your honor and gratitude for a fallen service member..? Put the decals back on, unless it's the wish of the family not to do so.

I've always felt good that our PD still remembered and honored Pete Larsen. It personalized their values. Don't let go of that.

We support "in memory of #23" on the Beloit Police Department vehicles. You do not remove a decal honoring a fallen officer after it was once given. We live in Illinois and are waiting for you to do the right thing. There are many all over in favor of this. On this anniversary I'm sorry this is even a discussion. The decision was made years ago, and no one has the right to undo it.

Honor #23. You don't tear down the Washington Monument just because you're tired of looking at it, do you?

As a fellow brother in law enforcement keeping the decal is the right thing to do, that's why they put it on the squads in the first place

I agree with a previous comment to keep his name and number and being there are only a few more you could add them also. I am sure if it is a budget issue, a fundraiser or donations would raise enough to support this cause.

A hero should always be remembered....there is more good being done by having the number 23 displayed.... it is a memory for everyone.....nobody will understand the thin blue line.
