Ridiculous a trainer can be suspended and his horse can still run under the assistant's name. The horses under his care should also be prohibited from running.
People are sick and tired of juicing. Enough already!

drugs, especially pain masking drugs, have to be eliminated

fewer racing days (weekends and holidays only - 15 races per racing day); reduction in takeout percentages and breakage will increase sizes of fields and attract increase in live attendance and betting pools; free admission/parking/past performances; unify standards and protocols throughout the nation and organize a shared revenue plan amongst the various tracks to support the continuity and growth of the sport; incorporate handicapping statistical probability studies in the educational system to develop a fan-interest base in the sport from an early age

Each track should have a representative be a part of a national governing body in order to bring communication, fairness and advancement to this great sport.
