Signed MANY like this over the years and not much has changed. Many trainers in the BC 2014 have multiple Drug Violations and STILL TRAINING. They make Lance Armstrong look like a baby sucking on a Lollipop.

Surely it's just common sense. A trainer does not work alone, the whole barn needs to be sanctioned, with penalties enforced and consistent nationwide.

If we don't protect the sport, it won't survive. If we don't protect the horses, shame on us.

The game will not be cleaned up until trainers realize they face swift (can't be delayed by appeals) and severe penalties.

Jockey rides, and split entries are killing the game. Why should Owners, Trainers and the industry stakeholder have anything to do with the transparency we so badly need?

it's time. The industry is too leniant with violators. Individuals violates the rules and gets a slap on the wrist.
