Why a school and a main road we’re built next to each other is beyond me.. wokingham planning at best

It’s a densely populated area that should be 20mph. There’s also inadequate signage. Safety of children is of paramount importance.

I do not understand why a school was built so close to what will be a very busy road there must have been a substantial back hander . Why close Waterloo road crossing

For the safety of the children you need to amend the speed limit .

Why on earth was this road opened before items needed for the safety of the Floreat School children were in place ..utter madness.

I have witnessed some very close near misses in just a week. Better signage is needed.

For these type of housing developments and the increase of cars childrens safety should be paramount and their is continual evidence proving 20mph speed restrictions near schools makes a huge difference.

As a parent of a child attending floreat montague park, I am extremely concerned about the opening of the road. The crossing is totally in the wrong place and at school drop off times it is simply an accident waiting to happen. There needs to be a speed limit implemented and another well placed crossing or a lollipop lady to reduce the risk of an accident

Absolutely ridiculous that these measures weren’t in place BEFORE the bridge was opened.

Please keep our children safe going to and from school. We need the speed reduced and safety railings. Please do not wait for there to be a tragic accident before doing something about it. Thank you.
